Start Broadcasting Right Away!
Once you've been age verified and accepted as a CamSoda model, you can begin broadcasting right away through our built-in WebRTC browser streaming toolset. Follow these steps:
- From the home page, tap Go Live, or View Profile in your dropdown menu. If you are broadcasting via mobile, tap the dropdown menu on the top left to select Go Live.
- Set device permissions to allow access your webcam and microphone if prompted. You can select a different camera or microphone and toggle the Cam2Cam feature on or off directly on the broadcast window. Choose Solo broadcasting or Group/Couple if you're streaming with another CamSoda model so you appear in the correct category.
- Tap the green Start Stream button on your video playback window, and your broadcast will begin.

WebRTC Broadcaster: User-Friendly Streaming
WebRTC, the default platform on CamSoda, is ideal for both desktop and mobile streaming. It's particularly recommended for new models due to its ease of use. This platform automatically connects to your audio and video upon launching once browser permissions have been allowed, but your stream goes live only when you hit the green 'Start Stream' button.
Key Features:
- Desktop Controls: Includes camera flip, microphone mute toggle, camera and microphone selector, resolution settings, Cam2Cam toggle, chat room access, user viewing, and room settings adjustment.
- Mobile Controls: Similar to the desktop version, with additional options like a camera button, a 3-dot menu for managing private discounts, PM settings, VS invitations, and social media integration.
